Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  2. Only entries completed on the Deep Freeze website entry form will be valid to enter the competition. Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid.
  3. The competition is not open to employees of The Mentholatum Company Ltd or Men's Health and any other relevant company or its associated companies.
  4. The prize draw will take place on 1st October 2007
  5. The winners will be informed by email within 15 days of the draw. The decision of the judges will be final.
  6. The prizewinners who are drawn will each win one of two Reebok 5 Series Rowing Machines.
  7. The prize is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered, provided however that the Sponsor shall have the right to provide a cash alternative to the prize, in its sole discretion.
  8. The winner’s contract for the prizes is with the Sponsor and not the Promoter and by entering the competition each competitor acknowledges that the Sponsor (and not the Promoter) is solely responsible and liable for the prize and that Men's Health, together with its officers, directors, employees and all affiliated entities of Men's Health (collectively the “Promoter”), is held harmless from any claims, losses, damages resulting indirectly or directly from the competition, the activities or the Sponsor or any prize awarded.
  9. Upon request, the winners' names and counties shall be made available. Requests should be sent to enquiries@mentholatum.co.uk with the subject line "Request for winners' details" within 6 weeks of the close of the prize draw.
  10. The Promoter will pass details of all the winners (including name and email address) to the Sponsor for the purposes of arranging delivery of the prizes. By entering this competition you hereby agree, should you win, to this information being released by the Promoter.
  11. Your entry will be the property of Deep Freeze (c/o The Mentholatum Company Ltd) and will not be returnable.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the winners of the prizes including the winners' names and counties.
